But it sure doesn't taste like bottled lemon water. The lemon is OK as long as you don't mix it with up to 20 oz. as they suggest and if you add some equal to sweeten it a bit. The orange is totally flavorless and the lime is about the same. Good luck getting samples - it took me 4 e-mail follow-ups and 8 months to get mine.
So, delivery is fine, and I open up my first package. Oh, that's just dandy. I had tried this product and liked it. I sent an email to the True Lemon folks who confirmed in their response that they had a "production" problem. Consequently, I can't recommend a "True Lemon" product to anybody--buyer beware. Guess what. True Lemon was willing to exchange one of the twelve boxes if I sent them the receipt and lot/batch numbers.
Pushing their "Lemon" product out to the unsuspecting customer is shifty. I decided to shop here for the best buy and ended up buying a case (12) of the 40-pak cartons. What do I do with the other eleven cartons.True Lemon demonstrated a total lack of concern for customers when they pushed out a defective product. It's no longer a free-flowing crystal but has morphed into a clump of hard-to-disolve crud. They assured me it was "fixed" now. They should eat the cost of their production errors and not ship the product out. I rated it accordingly.
THIS PRODUCT IS SO EASY TO USE, MUCH EASIER THAN HAVING TO BOTHER SQUEEZING A REAL LEMON AND CHEAPER, TOO, AND TASTES LIKE REAL LEMONS. I LIKE TO ORDER IN ABUNDANCE BECAUSE I USE IT IN WATER AND TEA WHICH IS THE ONLY BEVERAGE I DRINK ALL DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY WHO LIKES LEMON AND CONVENIENCE. I DRINK MUCH MORE WATER DAILY NOW SINCE I'VE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT WHICH IS, OF COURSE, HEALTHY FOR YOU, ALSO A GOOD WAY TO GET YOUR VITAMIN C.
Though I thought 12 boxes was a lot at first, I've shared with friends, and sent several boxes to our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan as they are always looking for ways to add a little "zip" to their water. I used to hate lemon juice in a bottle, and if I didn't have a lemon around, I did without. I just started using this product, and really like it. By the way, a single packet in a quart/liter of water does the trick for me, but you can also add a little sweetener if you would like lemonade. Now you can have the real taste of lemon with you all the time. [.]. Also try True Lime. True Lime Crystallized Lime Mix, 40 Packs, 1.0-Ounce Packages (Pack of 12) True Orange just came out, and I hope that Amazon.com will offer it soon as well.
